In the unlikely event that the repair has failed with the exact same fault, then we will arrange for the product to be repaired at no cost*

* This does not include repairs relating to virus infections due to the fact that it is beyond our control whether a product becomes re-infected with the same or different virus.

* Excludes any additional components that may also be faulty and the cause of the recurring failure. Also excludes failures due to equipment not protected by a surge protection device. Excludes negligence, misuse and adverse environmental conditions the equipment may be exposed to.
