Our dedicated team guarantee you a personal response within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). While we can sometimes tell you over the telephone what the repair of your machine is likely to cost, we often need to inspect the machine in order to give you an accurate estimate.
Any estimate given verbally is for guideline puposes only and is dependent on "sight of the laptop". Any estimate given is not valid and not endorsable by Complex Systems Direct Limited for Insurance Claim purposes.
If we do need to see your machine it can be collected and brought to our repair centre free of charge in order that we can provide a free estimate for your repair.
We appreciate that you may have long-ago discarded the packaging that came with your computer and if this is the case please ensure that you <<<check the "Capsule Required" box on the Estimate Request Form below>>> - for an additional charge we'll provide you with packaging that will protect your machine in transit. Once we have received your computer and inspected it we'll come back to you quickly and efficiently to tell you what the next step is and what costs you might expect to incur and when.
