Complex Systems was founded in 1996 originally as a software design company. We provided Consumer Credit Management Systems to the finance sector and developed POS and Stock Control software as well as various other projects including webdesign.

In 2003 the company concentrated more fully on support providing hardware and software services to business and residential customers.

In 2004 the company became a limited company and in 2005 we moved to a retail outlet in Tewkesbury. From here we continue to provide hardware and software services as well as being stockists of all major components and peripherals. We also still provide web & email services.

Our speciality is in PC & Laptop Repairs right down to component level repairs providing customers with a clear charging structure so that they know at the outset how much the repair will cost.

We were (as far as we know) the first company to offer 5 Year Parts & Labour Warranties as standard on all our PCs from 2005 and from 2008 this became another industry first changing to a Lifetime Parts & Labour Warranty on all our PCs. We believe passionately in our high levels of support and expertise and the Lifetime Warranty reflected our committment to making IT and us as a chosen support company - a simple one!
